28th Workshop on Electron Device Interface Technology

This is a workshop where in-depth discussions are held on a wide range of topics from the basics of interfaces, which hold the key to improving the performance, integration, and functional expression of electronic devices, to applications, from both experimental and theoretical perspectives.
As special workshops co-hosted by the Subcommittee on Thin Film and Surface Physics and the Subcommittee on Silicon Technology of the Japan Society of Applied Physics, the Workshop on Formation, Evaluation, and Reliability of Ultrathin Silicon Oxide Films was held from 1996 to 2004, and the Workshop on Gate Stack – Physics of Materials, Processes, and Evaluation was held from 2005 to 2015. The present Workshop on Electronic Device Interface Technology-Physics of Materials, Processes, and Device Characteristics was held from 2016.
